I'm not sure if anything else isn't but it's really confusing. Shaders mostly work, except for the water reflections. The shaders i am using, seus (sonic ether’s unbelievable shaders) is not working.
Seus Is Also Version 1.12.2.
The version of minecraft and optifine i am using is 1.12.2. In options > video settings > shaders, make sure that “old lighting” is set to default! 1.13 changed the way blocks and items are named.

Looking at this post i remembered you had to modify the file gbuffers_water.vsh inside the shaderpack, hope it helps ;d best minecraft tutorials you'll find! The shaders i am using, seus (sonic ether’s unbelievable shaders) is not working.
